Cancellation & Refund Policy
Florida Sports, Inc. d/b/a Central Florida Pride
Central Florida Pride (“CFL Pride”) is committed to providing a high-level youth baseball and softball experience built on development, competition, and integrity. In order to offer consistent and affordable programming, we rely on the financial commitment of every participating family. By registering for a CFL Pride team—either by paying in full or selecting an installment plan—families agree to the full financial obligation for the entire season. This policy outlines the only circumstances in which a cancellation or reimbursement may be considered.
Player cancellation
-
Player registration fee reimbursement is only offered in accordance with the rules and conditions outlined in this policy. Florida Sports, Inc. d/b/a Central Florida Pride reserves the right to update, modify, or terminate this policy at any time without binding itself to or fulfilling any specific course of action from past or future decisions.
CFL Pride shall not be obligated to approve any request for player registration fee reimbursement based on any prior decisions made on behalf of the same or different families. Each request will be evaluated on its own merit, based on current facts and circumstances. CFL Pride retains sole and final authority to make all determinations regarding the approval or denial of any reimbursement request.
The most current version of this policy will be made available upon request or posted at cflpride.com.

Families have two payment options when joining a CFL Pride team:
Full Payment (with 10% discount)
Payment is made upfront for the full cost of the remaining season.Installment Payment Plan
Payment is broken into scheduled installments covering the remaining duration of the season.
Regardless of which option is chosen, registration reflects a commitment through the end of the current season.
If a player joins mid-season, CFL Pride will pro-rate the season cost to exclude months the player was not on the roster. However, once a player is added to a team, families agree to pay the full remaining balance through the end of the season. Mid-season registrants are held to the same refund and cancellation policies as full-season participants.
-
To be considered for a partial refund or reduced payments, all of the following must be true:
The player has sustained a verified season-ending injury.
The player’s account is fully paid and current (no outstanding balances).
